Construction is where a network program either holds its schedule or loses it. GCorp runs its own crews, not subcontractors, which means the schedule, the safety performance and the closeout quality are ours to answer for.

We work across greenfield builds, modernization and carrier adds, on towers, rooftops, monopoles and small cell assets — and we scope the civil, power and grounding work as part of the job rather than as somebody else's follow-on.

02 Safety planning

Job hazard analysis, rescue plan, lift plan and site-specific briefing before any crew climbs or any lift takes place.

03 Execution

Civil, structural, installation and power works sequenced to keep the site on air where the scope requires it.

04 Test and integration

Sweeps, alignment verification, power checks and integration support so the site is proven before handback.

05 Closeout

Photographic record, test results, punch list resolution and as-built documentation packaged to the customer's format.
